If you have been sent a replacement order and it is not quite right for you, please use the free returns portal using your replacement order number to return the order back to us. You can return your replacement order just like any normal order. 

How to return?

1. Go to our Returns Portal.

2. Enter your replacement order number and email address. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.

3. Select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.

4. Package your items in the original packaging and bring them to your chosen drop-off point.

Please retain proof of postage so that you have a record of your return.
