Can I change the address on my order once placed?Updated a month ago

If you need to change your address on your order please contact us ASAP. We may be able to update your shipping address if your order is still being processed. However, once your order has reached our warehouse team we cannot guarantee we will be able to make any changes.

If your order has been dispatched, you will have to alter your delivery address through Aus Post or choose to have your parcel delivered to a parcel locker. Once your order is with Aus Post, you will receive an email with your tracking details. From this email, you will be able to update you shipping info or choose a parcel locker.
