We currently don’t offer any gift receipt services. However, we are looking into this and will keep you updated on any changes.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders placed through sweatybetty.com. If your original order was placed through sweatybetty.com you will need to contact them directly for support. All orders from Sweaty Betty AU will begin their order number
Where do I find my order number?
Your order number is on your original order confirmation. It should have a prefix of SweatyBettyAU#. You will also be able to see all your past orders and order numbers when you log in to your account.
Can I collect my order from a store?
