How can I track my order?Updated 2 months ago

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This will help keep you up to date on the order's journey. This is a separate email from your original order confirmation email. Your tracking email will take you through to our branded tracking portal. 

If you would like to change your delivery address or leave specific delivery instructions, please click on the tracking number in the branded tracking portal to take you to the NZ post website.

You can also access your order tracking details through your account on our website here. From there, you will be able to view all your past orders and see your tracking details.
